Sign in with your email
Enter your email address on the home page and we send a one-time sign-in code. There is no password to create or remember. The first account created on a deployment becomes its administrator.Connect the accounts you already use
On Connections, connect any of Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta or X, or any Gmail inbox with an app password. Google is the one that matters most: it lets us read your Gmail read-only, and receipts in that inbox are where most subscriptions are found — including charges from Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Spotify and hundreds of other merchants. Apple, Amazon and Meta do not expose billing history to third-party apps; connecting them verifies the account and helps match their receipts. Sync now on the dashboard, or Sync all connected services on Connections, reads matching receipts, invoices and renewal notices and turns them into a list of recurring charges. One sync covers every connected service.Read your dashboard
Every subscription appears with its merchant, amount, cadence and next renewal, with monthly totals at the top. Amounts and cadences are estimates read from receipts — if something looks wrong, that is usually why.Tidy the list
Use Ignore for a one-off purchase we mistook for a subscription, and Mark cancelled for something you have already stopped. Ignored items are labelled so you can find them again. If a merchant sends receipts to a different mailbox, connect that Google account too.Savings suggestions — and the AI plan, where it is switched on
The dashboard shows rule-based savings suggestions for every account. If the administrator has added an OpenRouter key under Admin → AI, two more things happen: receipt amounts and cadences are extracted by a model from a redacted copy of each receipt, and an anonymised list of your subscriptions (names, categories, amounts, cadence — no email addresses or people's names) is used to write a short savings plan you can regenerate at any time. Free for 1 day with no card, then R 180,00/month. When the trial ends you are asked to subscribe or to delete your account. Pay on Billing; card details go to the payment provider and are never seen by us. Billing → Manage billing cancels — future charges stop at once and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.Disconnect, clear, or delete everything
Disconnect any provider from Connections (you can also revoke access from your Google account). Settings → Delete account removes your account, every connection and its token, and every discovered subscription. Cancel an active paid plan first so you are not billed again.
What we read, and what we keep
Only messages that look like receipts, invoices or renewal notices. We keep the sender, subject, date and amount. Full bodies are read only for Apple and Google Play receipts, where the product name lives in the body, and are never stored. Provider tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; we never store passwords or card numbers.
